
从Quinoa 365这本书上学来的,做了一点小改动。
| white quinoa | 1/4 cup |
| water | 1/2 cup |
| whole wheat flour | 1 cup |
| baking powder | 1 1/2 tsp |
| salt | 1 tsp |
| ground cinnamon | 1 tsp |
| brown sugar | 3/4 cup |
| vegetable oil | 1/4 cup |
| plain yogurt | 1/2 cup |
| egg | 1 |
| vanilla extract | 1 tsp |
| banana | 2 |
| raspberry | 1/2 cup |
烤箱预热400F(200C),烤盘铺好12个muffin 纸杯
将quinoa和水倒入锅中煮开,转小火煮10分钟(盖),关火静至15分钟,直至放凉
混合flour,baking powder,salt and cinnamon,加入冷却好的quinoa.
混合sugar,oil,yogurt,egg,vanilla,raspberry and ripe banana.
与之前的flour mixture混合,搅拌,依次倒入muffin盘中即可,烘培30分钟。
