| all-purpose flour | 1 2/3 cups |
| baking soda | 1 1/4 teaspoon |
| ground ginger | 2 rounded teaspoons |
| cinnamon | 1 teaspoon |
| salt | 3/4 teaspoon |
| Chinese five-spice | 1/4 teaspoon |
| egg, beaten | 1 |
| white sugar | 1/2 cup |
| dark molasses | 1/2 cup |
| vegetable oil | 1/2 cup |
| boiling water | 1/2 cup |
| For the glaze | |
| powdered sugar | 1 cup |
| lemon juice | 1/4 cup |
| lemon zest | 1 tbsp |
预热烤箱175度 烤盘内涂少量油防粘
干性材料混合均匀,倒入鸡蛋,油,糖浆,拌匀
倒入沸水搅拌至材料混合均匀
倒入烤盘轻摇振出气泡 175度35分钟左右
柠檬淋浆:
柠檬汁倒入糖粉中拌匀后加入柠檬屑继续拌匀
趁面包热的时候均匀倒在表面
1.方子为1个8-9英寸方盘的量
2.怕甜的童鞋千万不要忘记要减糖(我一般减半)
3.可搭配果酱或奶油
