red wine 红酒 | 1 bottle-28oz/840ml |
Cachaca 甘蔗酒 | ½ bottle-14oz/420m |
hot water 沸水 | 1 liter (33oz) |
Juice of lemo柠檬(榨汁) | 1 |
sugar糖 | 300g |
Cinnamon sticks 肉桂棒 | 适量 |
Cloves 丁香适 | 适量 |
Combine all ingredients (including cinnamon sticks and cloves), bring to boil, then simmer on low for 20 minutes. Take out cinnamon sticks and cloves. Serve immediately. Makes 12 servings. 将上述材料一起煮沸,再用慢火炖20分钟。祛除肉桂棒和丁香。即可饮用。(份量:12份)
