【麻辣香锅 -- 江湖菜】的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    在锅内放宽油,加入火锅底料爆香,再加入姜蒜炒香,然后依次加入鸡翅和蔬菜煸炒;

  2. 第2步.

    沿锅边倒少许水,加盖焖入味5分钟左右,最后撒上香葱和芝麻出锅装盘。

小贴士

鸡翅可以事先用盐、料酒、鸡精、生抽腌制一下,更入味好吃。
