| Salmon | 0.25 lbs |
| Onion | 1 |
| Scallion | 1 |
| Butter | 1/4 cup |
| Salt | 1/4 Tsbq |
| Olive Oil | |
| Vinegar |
Preheat oven to 400F
Massage salmon in salt, and wrap in tinfoil, bake for 10-12 minutes
Minced an onion and a scallion into small pieces
Boil water with butter and salt, remove from heat and put in couscous and let steep for 5 minutes (water:couscous:butter = 1cup:1cup:1tsbp)
5. Mix with salmon, onion, spinach and scallion with olive oil, salt and vinegar
