Cheesecake的做法说明

Multi-berries Cheesecake

Cheesecake的食材和调料

The Crust
Suger1+1/2 cup
Unsalted Cream Cheese 5 blocks, 8 Oz each
Sour Cream1/4 cup
Eggs7
The Cheesecake
Melted Unsalted Butter3/4 stick
Suger1 tbsp
Vanilla Extract1+1/2 tsp
Honey Maid Crumbs10 (1+1/2 cup)
BerriesBlueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.

Cheesecake的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    Crash the crumbs into dust,put it in a 9 1/2 inch spring form pan, then put the butter and sugar in, mix well, use a spoon to make it evenly laying at the bottom of the pan.

  2. 第2步.

    Mix the cream cheese and sugar with a electric mixer at medium-high speed until it become light and fluffy, then put the eggs in one-by one, mix with the medium speed, then lower the speed to low and pour the sour cream and vanilla extract in, mix well and pour it in to the pan where the crust is in.

  3. 第3步.

    Put the pan in a large aluminum plate with water inside the plate surrounding the pan. Bake 15 min at 450° F, then 225° F for an hour and 5 min.

  4. 第4步.

    Move it out of the oven and put it in the fridge for the whole night.

  5. 第5步.

    Decorate fruit on it with whatever design you like. I use blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries.
