There are lots of hawker food in Singapore. As a Singaporean, I think I have a responsibility to feature these hawker food to the rest of the world. Simple to make, nutritious and it captures the mix of European culture with south East Asian cuisine.
小法棍 baguette | 1个 1 pc |
鸡蛋 eggs | 3个 3 eggs |
牛肉碎 minced beef | 1碗 1 bowl |
洋葱 onion | 半个 half |
取出半个洋葱和一块牛肉 Take out half an onion and a piece of beef
把牛肉和洋葱绞碎或剁碎 Finely dice the beef and onion
把法棍切半 Cut the baguette in half
把剁碎的牛肉和洋葱,用油简单翻炒,加入一小勺盐 Fry the finely chopped beef and onion in oil and add a small teaspoon of salt
把三粒鸡蛋打入碗中 Add three eggs
加入炒好的牛肉和洋葱,加上一点白胡椒粉 Add in the fried beef and onions into the egg and some dashes of pepper
把肉酱用勺涂在法棍上 Spread the mixture onto the cut baguette
快速把涂好的法棍放在热好的不粘锅上,稍微用力压一压 Quickly flip the baguette into the frying pan with oil, pressing lightly
煎上5分钟,把番茄酱涂在煎好的法棍上 Fry for 5 mins and add ketchup to the egg on the baguette
把法棍合上,切开便能上桌 Close up the baguette and cut to serve
煎法棍时轻轻压一压确保蛋会粘在法棍上。溢出来的蛋就用铲子推回法棍下面
When frying the baguette, make sure you press it lightly so that the egg will stick to the baguette. Tuck in the egg into baguette if it starts to flow out
