
Good souce of protein with an incredible fragrant Coffee & chocolate ice cream flavor
| old fashioned oats | 1 cup |
| baking powder | 1g |
| sault | 1g |
| cinnamon | Appropriate |
| walnuts | 1/4 cup |
| banana | 1 |
| egg | 1 |
| peanut butter | 1.5 tbsp |
| raisin | 34g |
| 72% dark chocolate | 2squares(10g) |
| ground coffee from Barbera | 1tbsp |

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C

In a separate bowl, mash a ripe banana with a fork or spoon until paste

Add 1g baking powder mix together with oats

Add 1g sault into dry ingredients

Add an egg into banana smoothie and whisk until smooth again

Add appropriate cinnamon(optional )

Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients

My favorite dark chocolate, 2 squares

Cut the chocolate into pieces and mix

Here comes the essence of this bar: Barbera ground coffee

Add the only raisin I have left as sweetener

1tbsp peanut butter as the thickener which delivers the rich-tasting flavor

The mixture is now ready to cook into the oven

Pour the batter into a pan with nonstick baking paper

Flatting

Put it into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes

Remove from the oven and let it cool down

Put it on shelf with its back side up to peel off the paper

Cut into 12 strips after it’s cooled completely or leave it overnight

The size are not perfectly consistent
