
土耳其炒蛋的改良版
| green pepper | 1 |
| tomato | 1 |
| egg | 1 |
| onion | 1/2 |
| salt | |
| oregano | |
| olive oil( you can use butter) |

Heat the pan and pour a little bit olive oil. Then put green pepper in the pan. You can use the spicy one but I used the bell pepper.

When pepper is soft, put sliced tomato into the pan. I didn't have onion that day but you can put if you have. Onion can make all veggies savory.

Crack an egg into the pan when pepper and tomato are soft. Sprinkle a little bit oregano and black pepper to add flavor. Now it's done!
If you have fresh eggs, don't cook egg for long time.
