Add butter and sugar mix well
Add Parmesan cheese
Sift in cake flour mix well with a spatula
Roll out the dough between two pieces of plastic wrap to 5mm think ,refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes to set and chill
Oven to 180C (350F) about 15minutes (if u like u can add egg on top and cheese )
