Chimichurri 汁的做法说明

Of Argentine origin, 可以用在牛排,沙拉,拌牛油果也很好吃

Chimichurri 汁的食材和调料

Flat leave parsley, minced1/4 cup
Garlic, minced4 cloves
Cilantro, minced1/2 cup
Red wine vinegar1/4 cup
Lemon wedge, juice1
Red onion, diced1 tps
Black pepper1 tps
Salt1/2 tps
Dried oregano1 tps
Extra virgin olive oil3/4 cup

Chimichurri 汁的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    Combine vinegar, salt, garlic and shallot in a medium bowl and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in cilantro, parsley, and oregano. Using a fork, whisk in oil.

小贴士

For steak:
Separate sauce into equal parts. (Use half for basting or marinade; Use other half for table service).

Avocado, parsley and cilantro, on crostini
