准备食材

小火,锅里倒入平时炒菜的油量,将辣椒煎软,表面有些焦黄。

将酱油、醋、糖、盐混合在一起倒入锅内转中火烧开。

锅里的糖醋汁烧开后转小火慢慢收汁即可以了。
1. 煎辣椒时一定不能心急和用大火,否则辣椒就煎糊了。
2. 糖醋汁里的个各种调料的用量都可以按自己的口味调整。
