chopped tomato1 cup
chopped cucumber1/2 cup
chopped red bell pepper1/2 cup
clove garlic1
olive oil3 tablespoons
crushed red pepper flakes(!)1/2 teaspoon
chopped fresh basil1/4 cup
apple cider vinegar1 teaspoon,plus more to taste
sea saltTo taste

Gazpacho的做法步骤

    Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Add salt and more vinegar to taste.

    Serve garnished with chopped vegetables and basil, if desired.
