蛋黄加砂糖打至细泡,加牛油边加边mix,再加牛奶mix,筛入低粉与泡打粉mix。

蛋白打至细泡,加入他他粉,打至浓密泡,分5次加入糖。

捞一勺蛋白与蛋黄糊mix,蛋黄糊倒入蛋白mix,往上翻。

预热烤箱200,烤盘垫上油布,180度10分钟盖上油纸,再10分钟加烤盘垫底。再烤10分钟。
