In a large pan: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil Add the vegetables: 5-10mins Add the lamb mince: 10mins-brown
*Add red wine: evaporate Add 2 tbsp tomato puree & 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce Pour in stock Add rosemary or tyhme leaves Boil & simmer: 10-60mins-thicken *Add peas: 5 minutes. Season to taste.
Boil the potatoes Mash with warm milk & butter Season
In a ovenproof dish: grease lamb mixture Spread mashed potoatoes (folk or spoon) Oven180c: 20-30mins-golden
Serve with green vegetables.
