1. 第1步.

   Prheat the oven--200C Potatoes :wash - dry -prick . Brush with oil &salt & pepper. Bake for about 1 hour-tender Turning half way. (microwave--on high for 8-10minuts) 2 leave to cool a little. Cut a cross & open. serve with butter or any topping you like.

2. 第2步.

   V1: Cut-Scoop -mash butter Mix in 1/2cup sourcream (or cream) Bacon & spring onions & 1/2 cup cheese season Scoop the mixture inside the potatoes (Top with grated cheddar cheese) Bake for 15-20 minutes--golden.

3. 第3步.

   V2 fluff, salt & pepper knob of butter, cheese. (Bake-melt) sour cream, bacon,chives
