Beef Bourguignon的食材和调料

onion&1carrot&1clerey&4garlic
thyme& bay leaf
1litre red wine : burgundy or shiraz
1.5kg beef chuck
16pearl onions
2 carrots,chopped
200g speck or bacon, cut into 1 cm lardons
(500g button mushrooms)
2 tbsp plain flour
thyme & bay leaf

Beef Bourguignon的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    marinade the beef: overnight-strain-pat dry season the beef

  2. 第2步.

    olive oil & butter: sear the beef-remove add 16 onions & carrots add bacon (mushrooms) return the beef

  3. 第3步.

    add 2 tbsp plain flour add the marinade liquid :reduced Pour in beef stock (thyme & bay leaf) paper lid boil & simmer: 1-2 hours

  4. 第4步.

    season & parsley
