| 1-2 tbsp chia seeds: | seeds & nuts |
| 1.5 cups liquid of your choice: milk, almond milk, coconut milkrice milk, soya milk, apple juice, mango juice | |
| Fruit&cinnamon | grated or pureed |
| 1-2 tbsp honey | or maple syrup |
In a bowl or container : mix well 1 cup oats & dried fruits&chia seeds 1.5 cups liquid
Stir in grated fruit (with lemon/orange juice) *honey cinnamon vanilla cover & fridge overnight
Serve in a bowl Yoghurt fresh fruit (cinnamon honey) sprinkle toasted nuts & seeds
