准备食材

将大鸡腿去骨留皮,切成大块备用。

将生抽酱油、味淋、白胡椒、蜂蜜、辣椒酱、姜蓉、蒜蓉和一些水倒入一个碗中搅拌均匀备用。

准备一个深一点的煎锅倒入植物油加热,将鸡腿肉鸡皮面向下小火煎成金黄色后翻面再煎1-2分钟。

将酱汁倒入锅内用小火闷煮3-4分钟。
