Chicken Stock的食材和调料

Chicken bonea or chicken carcass(raw or roasted)
1-2 onion, unpeeled & quatered
garlic, unpeeled
1-2 carrots, unpeeled & roughly chopped
2 celery, roughly chopped
Herbs: fresh parsley & thyme & bay leaves
6 black peppercorn ,roughly crushed

  1. 第1步.

    In a large pan Add all the ingredients Pour in enough cold water Boil & skim & simmer : for 30 min—1 hour—4 hours Sieve & freeze
