| 225g pasta shapes | * 185g tin tuna |
| 12 whole asparagus spears, trimmed | or green beans or broccoli |
| * handful of mushrooms,sliced | & other vegetables |
| 2 cloves garlic, crushed | |
| 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil | or parsley or sage |
| 25g grated parmesan cheese |
Cook 225g pasta
In a pan: Melt 25g butter *Add vegetables & garlic:soften
Stir in pasta (& 185g tin tuna in oil)
sprinkle with 1tbsp herbs 25g grated parmesan cheese Serve warm with a green salad.
