| coconut oil | 30g |
| sugar | 35g |
| milk | 50g |

Prepare ingredients
First mix milk, coconut oil, sugar ,yolk and cake flour until smooth

Put sugar and some lemon juice into egg white, use electric mixer beat mixture

Mix step two and step three mixture until smooth

Pour the mixture into cake mold , Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes in 165 degrees until a bamboo skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool for 2 hours then remove from mold ,Once cool, you can eat it , sprinkle with powdered sugar, or drizzle or coat with frosting.
