Pumpkin Soup的做法说明

Serves 4

Pumpkin Soup的食材和调料

750g pumpkin, peeled and chop into chunks
1 onion, chopped
1clove of garlic, crushed
4 cups vegetable stock
cream
spice of your choice: cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin or curry powder:

Pumpkin Soup的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    Heat 20g butter in a large pan, Onion: 5 minutes Garlic:1min

  2. 第2步.

    Add the pumpkin (& carrots & potatoes) Pour in2- 4 cups stock & spice boil and simmer:20-30 minutes.

  3. 第3步.

    Allow to cool a little, Puree-Season Add cream

  4. 第4步.

    Roast version: Onion, carrots, celery, garlic, Butternut squash Oil, salt, pepper. 200c: 40-50minutes.

  5. 第5步.

    Sauce pan: Vegetables & v stock Blend- season-heat: 5 mins Serve, addCream.
