可以額外再加入其他酒,原方加用Bourbon whiskey,自用隨意替換,有朋友喜歡Kirin版本的,自己做得開心就好。
比例大概是 Apple Cider 3 : Ginger Ale 2
上面的裝飾用Cream可以加入一部份的butterscotch sauce打發,直接用糖也可,當然如果打算分一部份sauce出來,一開始多做點即可,用不完放冰箱拌雪糕淋蛋糕隨意吃🙈

| Apple Cider | 250mL |
| Ginger Beer/Ale | 160mL |
| Cream (For Decoration) | 100g |
| Sugar (For Decoration) | 10g |
Heat butter and brown sugar in a pot . Let it caramelized and add cream into it.

Adding apple cider into the pot . Heat until the butterscotch sauce dissolves and the mixtures is streaming hot.
Remove from heat and stir in the ginger ale .

Ginger ale先放冰箱拿出來直接倒進apple cider溫度剛剛好
