Cleaning the pork with flowing water

First use washing water

Boil the water using 9 level heat

Get the citrus(陈皮)

Put in some drinking water to soft citrus for 10~15 mins until it become soft

Remove the inside pulp

When the washing water is boils, put in the pork

Boiling use 8 level heat for 10~15 mins

Then turn off the heat and get the pork

Cleaning the pork with washing water again and clean the pot

Finally, put drinking water in the pot (70%~80%), boiling the water

Put the citrus and pork in boiled water using 8 level for 15 mins, the turn to 3 or 4 level for at least 1.5 hours

Then u can use this pork meat soup to cook. For example , add mushroom and tofu to make a quick lunch soup
