| pitted Medjool dates | 8 |
| rolled oats | 1 1/4 cup |
| unsweetened applesauce | 1/4 cup |
| baking powder | 1/2 tsp |
| cinnamon | 1 tsp |

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. Blend all the cookie ingredients together in a food processor until it starts to clump together. Don't over process. 3. Roll into 10 balls.

1. Arrange the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 2. Press the balls into cookie shapes (they will not spread much on their own). 3. Bake for 10-11 minutes at 350F.

They are delicious warm, so take them out from the oven and enjoy.
Omit sugar coating.
Oil free and gluten free.
