| Cinnamon | 1 tsp |
| Salt | 1/8 tsp |
| Maple syrup | 1/2 cup |

1. Combine the oats, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt in the blender. Process until it forms a ball. 2. Press into a lined loaf pan.

Refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting and eating. Keep in the fridge.
Omit the coconut sugar topping.
