
| Frozen pineapple | 1 cup |
| Frozen mango | 1 cup |
| Ginger | 1 tsp |
| Turmeric | 1 tsp |
| Cold water | 1/2 cup |
| Cinnamon | 1 tsp |

Finely grate ginger.

Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.

Ingredients may vary. Replace water with non dairy milk, kefir, or yogurt. Omit pineapple. Just mango is still delicious.
