| Blueberry | 3 cups |
| Maple syrup | 2 tbsp |
| Cinnamon | 1 tsp |
| Steel Cut Oats | 1 cup |
| Water | 2 cups |
| Non dairy milk | 1/2 cup |

Toss together blueberries, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Place in an baking dish and roast at 375˚ for 15 minute. Remove from oven and lightly smash.

1. Lightly toast 1 cup steel cut oats over medium heat for 3 minutes. 2. Stir in 2 cups water, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cover. Cook for 25 minutes. 3. Add in milk and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, divide in to bowls and top with roasted berries.
