| raw cashew | 1 cup |
| Water | 1/2 cup |
| lemon juice | 2 tbsp |
| apple cider vinegar | 1/2 tsp |
| garlic powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Onion powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Sea salt | 1/4 tsp |
| white pepper | 1/4 tsp |

Soak raw cashew for overnight.

Drain and rinse the cashews.

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Keeps up to 7 days in the fridge.
