| ripe D'Anjou or Bartlett pear, cored and roughly diced | 1 |
| frozen cranberries | 1 cup |
| frozen mango chunks | 1 cup |
| Unsweetened Soymilk | 1 1/4 cup |
| peeled and minced fresh ginger | 1 tsp |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 tsp |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 tsp |

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.

Enjoy as is or, for a sweeter smoothie, add 1 or 2 pitted dates and blend again.

If dates are firm, as opposed to soft and sticky, soak them in hot water for 30 minutes before blending.
