
Put 1/2 tbsp butter in a small microwave safe bowl and pop in the microwave till a few seconds till it's melted. Then take it out and dump in: 1 egg, 1/4 cup almond flour Or flax meal, 1/2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix it all together to be a good consistency and microwave for 2 min. It's convenient also because it exactly contains one "serving size" of almond flour.
