| 耗油 Oyster Sauce | 有没有都可以 我没加with or without |
| 蒜 Garlic | 两三粒 two or three |
| 鸡精 Chicken essence Seasoning | 这东西吃多不好所以只加一点点 a little bit |

| 香油 Sesame oil | 一点点 a little bit |
| 孜然粉 Cumin powder(这玩意贵得很呀) | 随便 use your own discretion |
将 酱油 糖 醋 香油 鸡精 按个人口味混合 put soy sugar vinegar sesame oil chicken seasoning together, as your flavor 搅拌 放一边 stir it, then put it by your side
锅中加油,把蒜放进去狂炒,爆香 Add a little oil to a hot wok, drop in the garlic and stir rapidly to create fragrance… 然后加入刚刚调好的酱料 炒 Then add the sauce, stir it
放入金针菇 炒炒炒 炒个约莫五分钟 反正炒得差不多汤汁稠了 加入孜然粉 翻滚几个来回 关火! put the mushroom in the wot, continue to stir for about five minutes, until the broth is thick, add some cumin powder, then rolling two times. Take off the heat!!! Finish!
