Milk (dairy or nondairy) | 1/2 cup |
non-fat greek yogurt | 1/2 cup |
Banana, sliced | 1/2 |
Blueberries (fresh or frozen) | 1/2 cup |
Maple syrup/Honey (OPTIONAL) | 2 tsp |
Cinnamon | A dash |
Prepare half of a banana.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
You can also mix it in a tupperware, or a mason jar with a lid.
Serving cold.
Add maple syrup or honey if you like. Add cinnamon, pumpkin spice or other condiments of your choice.
