My flatmate Daniel is from Thailand. In our monthly floor party, he cooked this Thai spicy minced pork, which is super easy to prepare and healthy and nutritious as well. Hope you can enjoy it!

Laab-Namtok seasoning mix |
Put some oil and fry the minced pork, wait until pork well cooked, then put Laab-Namtok seasoning mix(like above)
Put the raw vegetables mentioned in the ingredients part and mix them with the pork. done! If you don’t like pork you can use chicken instead.
If u cannot get that seasoning, then you can make by yourself. All you need is just fish sauces, lemon extract, sugar, chilli flake, Thai toasted powder.
