Coleslaw 卷心菜沙拉的食材和调料

White cabbage(slice) 白卷心菜1/2 large head
Carrot(shredded)胡萝卜刨丝2 cups
Green onions 1 tbsp
Salt盐TT
Pepper 黑椒粉TT
Dressing 酱汁:
Mayonnaise 蛋黄酱1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar 苹果醋2 tbsp
Sour cream 酸奶2 tbsp
Dijon Mustard 第戎酱1 tsp
Salt 盐TT
Pepper 黑椒粉TT

Coleslaw 卷心菜沙拉的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    Thinly slice the cabbage and place in a large bowl. Add about a tbsp. of salt and massage with your hands to release some moisture.Add the shredded carrot and green onion. 白卷心菜切细丝放在一个大碗中,加入1tbsp的盐用手按摩直到出水。加入刨好的胡萝卜丝和葱。

  2. 第2步.

    Mix together the dressing ingredients and add to the cabbage mixture. Use your eye, as you may not need all the dressing.Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve cold.混合酱汁的所有材料加入已混合好的蔬菜料中,按自己的口味浇上酱汁。加入盐和黑椒粉调味。
