Coconut oil1/3 Cup (Optional)
Vianila Extract1 Tea Spoon
Almond Milk150ML (1/4 Cup optional)
Cinnamon1/2 Tea Spoon
Dates200g (optional)
wholemeal flour1 3/4 Cup
Baking Powder1 Tsp
Baking Soda1/2 Tsp
Salt1/2 or 1/4 Tsp
Greek Yoghurt1/2 Cup (optional)
Apple sauceoptional for sweet
HoneyLess 2Tbsp

Healthy Banana Bread的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    350F (180), 35mins - 50mins will be done

小贴士

Can add some Chia seed,3 table spoons chia with a table spoon water to soak,at least 5 - 10mins.

Can mixed nuts ,blueberry or chocolate chips in to the wet ingredients to bake

Add some banana on the top to decorate
