
It took me an hour to chop up the beef small enough for it to cook properly and taste good!

Grounded spices (black pepper, mixed Italian herbs, salt, dried chilli peppers)

Chopped mushrooms and garlic. Heat up the Butter and let the garlic and mushrooms cook for a short time.

Once the mushrooms are slightly browned toss in the beef and let it cool for while then followed by your desired sauces and spices. You may add the water you used to cook the pasta for added flavour or if you just simply want the sauce to be thinner. Let it simmer for a bit until the beef is cooked to the right texture you desire. I used beef shanks but it's better to use grounded (minced) beef if available.

1.Don't use beef shanks. Try to use grounded beef if available.
2.After boiling the pasta to the desired texture and you happened to leave it out for a while you can reheat it using running hot water through the pasta which can also rehydrate them if they became dry.
