Burrito Bowl的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    a) Cook the rice (usually for 40-45 mins), add salt and bay leaves b) Once the rice is cooked, add lemon juice, lime juice, mix well.

  2. 第2步.

    black beans:Combine all ingredients in a small pot and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.

  3. 第3步.

    a) Cut peppers and onion into strings. b) Add red onion to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes over medium/high heat. c) Add cut peppers and cook for 5 more minutes. d) Add the seasoning( red pepper flakes, salt, pepper) and continue cooking until the vegetables are soft (about 2 minutes).

  4. 第4步.

    Add toppings

  5. 第5步.

    鸡肉/牛肉/猪肉末 炒洋葱+ garlic +green, red pepper(optional) +chicken + beans + Dry oregano + pepper + paprika + cumin + cheddar cheese( optional )

小贴士

Black bean 提前泡好 煮的时候加seasonings 加的时候带水加
番茄不要炒成酱
