Season the pork. Add 2 tbsp butter & oil. pork chops: sear . Set them aside on a plate.
In the same pan: butter oil add onion & garlic & mushrooms: soft Add in 2 tsp flour: coat Pour in stock: thickens. Or pour in cream. （no flour) Season
Return pork chops: simmer - cook through. Garnish with the parsley.
