| pure maple syrup | 6 table spoons |

| coconut oil | 2 tbsp |

| ground oat | 100g |
| raw cacao powder | 6 table spoons |

1. preheat oven to 180C. Then pee the potatoes. Cut them into chunks and place them into steamer for 20mins or until they become soft. 2. Until the potato soft enough, put them into the food processor with dates. 3. For the rest of ingredients, put them into a bowl to mix well and then adding into the processor to combine with the potatoes and dates. 3. Cook it into the oven about 45 - 50 mins. Until you can pierce the brownie with fork and bring it out dry. Let it cool down at least 10 mins.

For icing 2 Tbsp of coconut oil 2 Tbsp of almond butter 1 Tbsp of maple syrup 2 Tbsp of cacao powder Simple melting all the ingredients together and stirring well, then put it into the fridge for 15 mins to firm up. Make sure your brownies completely cool down before place the icing, otherwise it will melting!
