鸡胸肉切薄片 划上几道 便于入味 锅中加橄榄油加salt和garlic煎至表面金黄,捞出,锅洗净
蘑菇洗净切片,倒入橄榄油热锅中加盐加黑胡椒加Italian herbs 小炒锁住水分 锅中加入marsala wine(比例多一些), chicken broth和heavy cream 加入小番茄
加入煎好的chicken breast,出锅,撒上parsley
note:可以有polenta/mashed potato with gravy打底
