The pasta sauce...

The lasagne (this type of lasagne doesn't require boiling, it can be placed and cook in the oven as is) Note: make sure to check the instructions of lasagne you're using!

Start off by chopping the beef, mushrooms and garlic as finely as possible. Boil the tomatoes, peel them then grind them to make a tomato paste.

Start by heating the butter in a sauce pan and frying the garlic and mushroom till slightly brown. Add the beef and fry for about 1 minute then add some lemon and red wine. You can add salt, black pepper, and any other herbs to you liking at this point. Fry until the beef browns a bit then add the tomato paste and pasta sauce and let it simmer for for about 5 minutes till it becomes a bit thick then add the cream. Again let it simmer for a few minutes.

Once the bolognese sauce is complete, use a baking dish and start the first layer with a few lasagne leaves, then add a layer of the sauce, then lasagne and so on. The last layer you use should be a layer of sauce. On this layer you may add the cheeses of your choice and as much as you want!

Preheat your oven for about 5 minutes at about 180℃. Once you're done layering the lasagne, place the baking dish into the oven and let it bake for about 30 minutes at 180℃.
