
| All purpose flour | 3 cups |
| Dry yeast | 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | 1 1/2 tsp |
| Water | 1 1/2 cups |
Mix all ingredients
Cover and rest in room temperature for 12-18 hrs
Shape, and rest for another 30 mins while Dutch oven is preheated till 225degree (grill mode)
Put Dutch oven in the oven to bake for 25-30mins, and another 4-5mins without lid on
