Cheese Cream Biscuits (奶油奶酪饼干)的食材和调料

奶油奶酪½杯(115克)
黄油50克
牛奶2⁄3 杯
低筋面粉2杯
½茶勺
泡打粉1勺(tbsp)
覆盆子酱 (可无) (raspberry jam)3勺

Cheese Cream Biscuits (奶油奶酪饼干)的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.

  2. 第2步.

    Cut in butter and cream cheese until mixture is crumbly. Make well in center, pour in milk. Stir just dough clings together. Knead gently 4 or 5 stokes on lightly floured surface.

  3. 第3步.

    Roll to ½ inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter.

  4. 第4步.

    place on baking sheet. Bake at 200℃ for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
