The fish was dipped into the favor for over night Then I just sliced the orange and put all the stuff into oven 230 degree for 20 minutes The. I turn the fish over for extra 5 minute with the same temperature
Plate it I don’t know why it would have that kind of smell How to express it? Bad smell of the fish ... Guess is it the orange? Should I change lemon next time? Stay tune
