| Light Brown Sugar | 2 cups |
| Baking Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Salt | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Pecan | 1 1/2 cups |
| Pure Vanilla Extract | 1 teaspoon |

用双层锅的底锅烧开水,设定oven 350F

用双层锅的上层,4个鸡蛋搅拌一下,加入2 1/3 cups Light Brown Sugar 搅拌均匀,放到已经开了的底锅上加热,直至180F,冷却5分钟

面粉过筛后 1 1/2 cups,加入1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder,1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 1/2 cups 碧根果搅拌碎

混合步骤❸,❹

混合步骤❷的材料,加入1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract, 搅拌均匀

烤盘喷上油,放一层wax paper, 再喷上一层油

倒进烤盘,放进烤箱,350F,约25分钟

凉了以后再切成小块,需放冰箱冷藏
