| Ripe banana | 4 |
| eggs | 1 |
| Canola oil | 3/4 cup |
| Water | 1/4 cup |
| Vanilla extract | 1 tbsp |
| Flour | 2.5 cups |
| Sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Baking soda | 2 tsp |
| Pecan | 1/2 cup |
| Bittersweet chocolate | 1/2 cup |
Smash 4 ripe bananas with a fork
Add 1 egg, 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients: 1/2 cup sugar, 2.5 cups of flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking soda; add in 1/3 each time to wet ingredients
Add 3/4 cup of canola oil in the end and mix well
Add 1/2 cup of pecan and 1/2 cup of bittersweet chocolate
Spray a loaf pan with baking spray and bake for 55 mins in 350F
I tried to put banana slices on top of it when baking. It DOESN’T work!!! As the great British baking show told us, fruits release all the moisture when heated and prevent the batter from being baked properly. Should’ve always listened to Paul and Mary lol
