| chunky peanut butter | 1/2 cup |
| packed brown sugar | 1/2 cup |
| egg | 1 large |
| quick-cooking oats | 1 1/4 cups |
| baking soda | 1/2 teaspoon |
In a bowl, cream peanut butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg. Add oats and baking soda to creamed mixture; mix well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets; flatten slightly. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes.
