| tuna packed in water | 1 can |
| avocado | 2 |
| cucumber | 1 |
| celery | 1 stalk |
| red onion | 1 small |
| fresh cilantro or parsley | 2 tbsp |
| lemon juice | 1 tbsp |
| Salt and pepper | To taste |

Chop all the ingredients. Drain tuna.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add fresh herbs.

Mix well. Serve on lettuce wraps, toast, or in a sandwich.

To store, cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
